Siobhan O’Connor joined CFSA as a negotiator in 2021, following 12 years of service as an administrator and union president in the Norwich and Wethersfield Public Schools. Her career began at Bloomfield High School, where she taught social studies and later Windsor High School where she taught social studies, served as Facilitator of Alternative Education and then Dean of Students. She began her administrative career as an Assistant Principal at Kelly Middle School in Norwich and later principal of Samuel Huntington Elementary School. Siobhan currently works in Wethersfield, CT where she has served as principal of Wethersfield High School.  Siobhan has extensive experience as a union president and has worked on contract negotiations for over a decade.
