MISSION STATEMENT

CFSA strives to develop a dutiful, ethical and accommodating environment of which our locals and all school administrators are the benefactors. CFSA pledges to create productive partnerships, while maintaining transparency, visibility and accountability; CFSA recognizes the needs of its members to be productive, thus, we will provide services and products that address their concerns, e.g., contract awareness/negotiations, webinars/workshops, grievance procedures/disciplinary issues, state statues and legal advice.

CFSA is driven to provide all members access to technological advances that will proactively enhance communication practices and levels of accessibility.

Visibility

CFSA understands the significance of being accessible and a point of reference for all members. Therefore, we will proactively reach out via electronic media, teleconferences, and site visits.

Customer Service

CFSA knows the value to be afforded an immediate professional & fully invested response from the CFSA staff. We vow to be accessible 24/7 to all local members.
